Galerie Alice Mogabgab Adds Color to Hôtel de Crillon in Paris

Lebanon’s Galerie Alice Mogabgab recently participated in the renovation of  luxury Hôtel de Crillon in Paris. Franco-Belgian artist Léopoldine Roux, represented by the gallery since 2015, was commissioned to deliver forty paintings that were especially conceived for the hotel. Entitled Living Colors, and supervised by the Franco-Lebanese architect Aline D’Amman and Galerie Alice Mogabgab, this commission was executed between February and April 2017. The paintings were delivered in May and are now hung in the suites and lounges of the prestigious hotel on the Place de la Concorde which officially opened earlier this month. The collection acquired by the Hôtel de Crillon consists of twenty paintings from the series Living Colors, thirteen paintings from the series Color Suicide and seven paintings from the series Happy Faces. TIRPITZ: The Invisible Museum in Denmark

Varde Museums, BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group, and Tinker Imagineers celebrate the opening of TIRPITZ – a sanctuary in the sand that acts as a gentle counterbalance to the dramatic war history of the site in Blåvand on the west coast of Denmark. Wael Farran at the Venice Biennale 2017

Wael Farran Studio is present at the Venice Biennale 2017, with not one, but two unique pieces from Formitable©, the studio’s line of exclusive and custom made tables. Distortion is exhibited at Venice Design taking place at the Palazzo Michiel, facing the Grand Canal, in the heart of Venice.
