Louis Vuitton Celebrates Rugby World Cup with Limited Edition Balls

Louis Vuitton unveils monogramed Rugby Ball to commemorate the 2019 Rugby World Cup. Created in association with New Zealand All Blacks legend – Dan Carter, the 112 limited-edition Rugby ball will be a pleasure for connoisseurs of luxury goods from across the globe. Designed in a contemporary style, the novel rugby ball from the house of Louis Vuitton takes inspiration from the New Zealand national rugby team’s set. Prismatic: An Experience of Light, Color and Space

Designers Nancy Hou and Josh de Sousa of Hou de Sousa, recently presented Prismatic, a stunning stand alone installation. A kaleidoscopic experience of light, color, and space defined by an aggregation of perspectives, the piece is currently on show in Art Omi in Ghent, in the USA. Unique on all sides, Prismatic encourages the public to explore its exterior, as well as meander through its translucent corridors. Iridescent rope weaves between a lattice of rebar, while the gaps between these cords provide transparency and results in a dynamic visual effect known as a moiré. As visitors turn their gaze or walk about the space, patterns in the background and foreground continuously converge and delaminate, warping visual perception and causing static surfaces to appear in flux. H&M Revives the Spirit of London’s Swinging Sixties

H&M has teamed up with 1960s designer Richard Allan to launch an exclusive collection bringing back London’s swinging 60’s. The new collection from H&M which was designed by an H&M in-house team is a creative re-imagining of Allan’s print designs and color and serves as as a tribute to the designer. It will include stylish dresses, blouses, skirts, shirts, trousers and, scarves consisting of long silhouettes, high necks, wide sleeves and silk fabrics that carry a touch of the swinging Sixties London.
