Marks & Spencer’s Evening Edit Collection: Encouraging Young Designers

The Evening Edit by Marks & Spencer’s is a new collection designed by Claire Tagg, a London Graduate Fashion Week award winner. This is a part of Marks & Spencer’s ongoing sponsorship of London Graduate Fashion Week.

Tagg, a runner up of the GFW M&S Womenswear Award, worked under the careful and nurturing guidance from the in-house team, young designer Tagg designed this capsule collection. Rich global inspired florals meet statement silhouettes, in a sumptuous palette of black, gold and grey; creating a feminine evening aesthetic.

These decorative separates are perfect for the Winter season; pare back an elegant Kimono jacket with wardrobe basics to elevate the everyday, or team the jacquard dress with heels for a luxe take on occasion wear.

This year Marks & Spencer offered 5 industry placements to graduates; enabling young design talent to learn first-hand from experts in the field. This is the second year M&S has been a principle sponsor of Graduate Fashion Week.

Marks & Spencer’s are committed to education and support of new talent within the fashion industry; to help nurture and inspire future generations.
