NYX Professional Makeup, the brand of self-taught, tech-savvy beauty fanatics, recently celebrated the opening of their flagship store at City Centre Beirut. The theme for the opening of their newest and biggest store to date was built around the holiday spirit.
During the week prior to the event, 23 beauty bloggers spread the brand’s identity all over social media through an online competition. The lucky winners got to meet their favorite bloggers and were gifted NYX Professional Makeup’s lippie advent calendar, made up of 24 mini lipsticks of different shades and textures. Over 300 people attended the event, excited to discover the store and take part in the festivities.
The whole setting was a success thanks to a harmonious decoration, which revolved around a NYX Professional Makeup branded Christmas tree. DJ Shimmy G took the reigns and carried the guests away to a whole new scene filled with delicious treats, spectacularly body-painted models in costume, Mama Claus’ and many other activities such as a photo wall, a “Poke a Tree” game and a stand where guests custom-made their own Christmas globes.
